The Book of the Lion Test

The test, for the final assignment is one that you write yourself. To do this assignment, think, "If I were the teacher, what things would I want the students to know? What kind of questions would show that the students know the things I want them to know?" You are not writing a quiz, you are writing a test. Make sure your test is long enough and follows the criteria below:

• • The test covers at least 10 chapters from the book

  • The test should have a balance of question types: some multiple choice, some short answer, some matching, etc.

  • The test should have at least 25 questions

  • No Mickey Mouse questions (Mickey Mouse = slang for not having educational value, or too easy)

  • You must include an answer key

You final test should be typed and handed in with the answer key by January 12.
