Write Your Own Allegory!

This week and next week, we are wrapping up our unit on Animal Farm. The final assignment for this unit is to write your own short allegory of a current issue or historical issue affecting you or our community. The class got off to a great start to day with some excellent ideas in the works. So far we have allegories of the Taiwanese education system, the Chinese Civil War, water usage in Taiwan, popularity of superstars, and the nature of human diversity all in the works.
